Quick Update

This has to be really quick as it's late and I need to look a few things over before tomororw.  Our mail is coming again!  I think we're finally finished with our projects for the summer.  We just have a few more patches of grass to work on and another trip or two to the dump, but I think that's it!  YA!!!!  It's been super hot, but certainly not as unbearable as it could be since we have very little humidity from what we're used to.  It's been around 90F the last week or so.  Anyway, pictures to come.  We got our new deck in, in the back entry way!  That area's finally complete!  Our patches of grass are coming up.  The rest of the plants are doing well.  My lilies are in full bloom.  My parents should be arriving tomorrow.  They've crossed into Canada this evening.  We've gotten out fishing.  Last weekend, we had a three day weekend with Canada Day on Friday.  We got out fishing around 6am Fri and Sat mornings and again Fri evening.  We've also gotten out a few times during the week.  We've had some success so that's been nice.  So, I'm looking forward to an "easy" week with my parents visiting, however, this is my busy work week/weekend so we'll see if I can get enough done at work so I don't have to bring it home.  It's been crazy yet, more going on that I will wait to see how things roll out to explain.  We got our performance appraisal ratings and I was given one of the top ratings so that's actually really nice to hear after all the struggles(or maybe I should say challenges) I've had in the last year.  I'm trying to think of what else has happened, but I think that's about it even though these days fly by and I feel like I need twice the hours in a day than what I have.  Pictures to come!
