Another Busy Weekend

It was a relief to see the weekend! Jeremy headed off to hockey Friday night. I can't remember what I did...take it semi easy I think. Saturday, we got up early to fish. We had some success. We headed to one of the spots we've tried several times. We didn't end up bringing anything home. After a quick nap, I headed outside to do some yard work. I mowed the lawn so we could get some lime down and try to seed and fertilize. I then headed off to do some errands and pick up the grass seed, etc. We got the lime down as it started sprinkling. I also got the cedars fertilized too. Later, Jeremy headed off to another hockey league. Today, we got up and headed out on the river again. We went to our usual northern spot. I got two nice northers (pictures coming). Jeremy was skunked. We headed back in earlier than we figured since the fog rolled in. We then went ate, sat for a 1/2 hour then headed outside to work on the lawn. Once we got it seeded and fertilized, we headed to the gym and let the sprinkler go. After the gym, I headed out for a short, yes 4 mile run, and I took Hayde with me again. She can finally come again since it's not too hot and I'm not going very long. Jeremy's been cooking and headed out to scout for ducks along Barron Canyon road and I've been doing a lot of cleaning. My parents called to confirm they should be arriving tomorrow evening in time for dinner. I will post again when I can. They're coming with to Toronto on Friday for my marathon on Sunday and will be heading home from there. Not sure I'll have the energy to write once we get back (it's a 5 hr drive). Now, it's time for bed!
