Jeremy's Home

I'm finally getting a chance to update this now that Jeremy's returned from his 3-week trip to WI. It sounds like he had a good time and was successful in doing what he wanted to. The above pictures are from his stay with Mike and Michelle in Madison, his dinner outings and a couple hunting excursions with his uncle, Howard, and aunt, Marilynne and then the cabin and his deer. Of course, I had to add a picture of Jeremy upon his return with his "Canadian" scruffy look. He's since shaved it off in steps...

Last week Sunday, my friend, Candice (I met working with at Home Depot and now we both are at AECL) and her boyfriend stopped over for a visit. We'll have to get together with them more often. They like to cook too. We settled into another week of work. I hit the gym again and Jeremy came down with something and stayed home Friday from work and was rather lazy yesterday. We did go over to Lee and Kharren's for a holiday potluck last night which was fun. Today, in another hour or so, I will be heading out to Ottawa for a 3-day training class on some computer software for work. It's sunny, but cool out and I'm hoping Wednesday we get done early and the snow will hold off so I can get myself home as it's supposed to snow. We did wake up Monday morning to a layer on the ground and it eventually mostly melted towards the end of the week, but Friday afternoon we got hit again and got a new covering. We'll see if it stays until spring.

I want to wish Jack and very happy 1st birthday on Friday and wish I could have been there with everyeone. Darn job seems to get in the way.... I guess now it's trying to think about Christmas and more house projects.
Movie of Hayde with her new boots...
